Attitude of gratitude- 2018 reflections, 2019 resolutions.

I am excited that 2018 is coming to an end. No, it’s not because it was horrible for me, you should have seen 2017. Its because it has been a year of small victories despite some very uncomfortable periods and 2019 to me means that its time for the bigger victories to come into play.

I have some pretty ambitious goals that are scaring the crap out of me. I feel ready for the challenge because I’ve finally learned how to break down goals into actionable steps, I literally learned about the importance of keeping a budget and tracking expenses in the past few days (I finally know why I am always broke), I am learning how to follow my instincts and live intentionally and in the moment.

If I am being honest, all this cool stuff I am learning only started happening towards the end of the year. I definitely have to give God most of the credit. I met him on November 16th, 2018 and he has ever since blown me away! There are such amazing people that he sent along the way that I otherwise wouldn’t have met. I am also sure fitness is where I have been called into and I am excited to see what he has planned. I promise to always try to put out content that shall aid you in your fitness journey.
